A man whose life is upended by a global pandemic decides to turn his life around by helping around the house while his wife is away at work as an essential worker.

This student production was created during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic when lockdowns went into effect and classes, including my advanced directing course, had to suddenly transition to a remote format. As such, the final project was changed to focus on the silver linings that arose from such a world-changing event.

For me, it was the opportunity to provide help at home while my wife was away at work. Since she worked at the hospital, she was still required to be on-site for work while I was stuck at home with no employment. Not only does this short film serve as a tribute to my wife but also as a greater appreciation towards the medical professionals and essential workers who continued working and supported everyone during such a tumultuous time in our lives.
